Anyone actively coaching badminton in Australia is required to be registered. Registration will ensure that BA has all the necessary details for insurance cover, for support with integrity matters, to confirm appropriate qualifications, learning and continued professional development and to understand the coaching landscape.

Registration will need to be renewed each year and the cost is:

Adult - $49

Concession - $39*

Under 18 - $29*

*Concession codes are provided in step 2 of the registration process, and you will be asked to upload proof e.g., healthcare card, seniors card, student card.

Before registering, you MUST have a valid WWCC, have completed the appropriate coaching qualification and have completed the appropriate mandatory training.

As a registered coach, you will be covered under the BA insurance ONLY while coaching at an affiliated venue, club association, state or national program or event. Insurance does not cover private coaching. You can also access exclusive content, resources and partner discounts.
